(Oral) As per the short reply filed on behalf of the State, matter was inquired and during inquiry, no apprehension of danger to the petitioner was found at the hands of respondents No.5 to 6 and rather it was found that opposite party filed one criminal complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act against the present petitioner. In the light of the above, no further adjudication is required to be done in the present petition and accordingly the present petition stands disposed of.
