The plaintiff in the rebuttal evidence wanted to produce proof of the exact amount which was received by the defendant for execution of sale of the property. The Court has declined the relief. 2.

I dispense with notice to the respondents and direct the evidence to be brought and allow also the defendant to give his own statement if he so desires. The impugned order is modified and the revision petition is disposed of as above.
