(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to investigate the matter fairly and expeditiously in FIR No. 0413 dated 30.10.2019 under Sections 323, 34, 506 IPC and Sections 25, 24 and 59 of the Arms Act registered with Police Station Punhana, District Nuh. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State has referred to the reply dated 20.02.2021, as per which it is stated that in fact, the allegations in the FIR were that Arif, the brother-in-law of Heena Begam had snatched the weapon from Kanhaiya Singh-accused and handed over the same to the investigating agency. Ultimately, during the course of investigation, it transpired that Heena Begam did not snatch any weapon from Kanhaiya but procured an illegal weapon and handed it over to the police purportedly showing that the SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.07.15 23:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

same had been snatched by her from Kanhaiya. Based on the said facts, the present FIR now stands registered against Heena Begam for having committed an offence under the Arms Act. As against Kanhaiya also an FIR No.412 dated 30.10.2019 stands registered under the provisions of the Arms Act.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
