Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since compromised the matter and that the petitioners herein have agreed to give the respondent - Raj Rani - an amount of Rs.10,000/- towards full and final settlement of the claim. A cheque bearing No.013872 dated 21.05.2024 amounting to Rs.10,000/- drawn on Punjab National Bank has been handed over to learned counsel for the respondent. Copy of the same has also been supplied to the Court, which is taken on record. An affidavit of the respondent - Raj Rani - has been filed stating that the parties have since compromised the matter and that she is agreeable to the said amount, which is taken on record. Learned counsel for the parties are also ad idem that the aforesaid amount is paid towards all claims of the respondent and that now the dispute stands settled in totality JITENDER KUMAR 2024.05.23 11:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment Chandigarh
