The petitioner's only apprehension is that the Presiding Officer ought not to bear any grudge against the petitioner by his attempt to approach the Court for a transfer of the case. 2.
A Judge has hardly at any time any axe to grind for the ultimate outcome. Every litigant who is aggrieved by decision and who prefers an appeal has found that a particular reasoning adopted by a Judge is not correct. It is daily experience that our own orders are challenged in various forums and if a decision is assailed in higher forum, there is no need for a judge to take umbrage by the act of the party. Judges are, therefore, trained in their mind not to take personally to the manner in which parties perceive their judgments. I will have little doubt that the Presiding Officer will keep anything in her mind against a party for approaching the Court for transfer of the case.
