Principal District Judge, Family Court, Bhiwani, to any other Court of competent jurisdiction at Gurugram. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order of even date passed in CRR(F)-1110-2023 titled as 'Ravi Thakran vs. Hardik Thakran @ Hunny Thakran' whereby the matter has been remitted back to the learned Family Court for reconsideration, the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
