Paul, Advocate for respondent No. 1. *** Learned counsel for respondent No. 1 by placing on record copy of the order passed by Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rupnagar dated 21.4.2018 has submitted that the execution petition in which the objections had been filed by the revision petitioner, has since been dismissed as withdrawn on the basis of statement made by the decree holder Labh Kaur that she has received the possession of the land.

Once the execution application has been withdrawn, the order passed therein dismissing the objections filed by the revision petitioner which is being challenged by way of filing the present revision petition has also come to an end, therefore, the revision petition has become infructuous. It is dismissed accordingly.
