(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0068 dated 04.07.2018, registered under Sections 364 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Ferozepur, District Ferozepur (Annexure P-1).
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition as he is ready and willing to surrender before the Court below, however, he makes a submission that in case he files an application for regular bail the same may be considered expeditiously.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
