(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the individual result published on official website, Annexure P-17, to the extent petitioner's individual marks being shown as ninety eight marks in written test instead of one hundred marks. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondent-Commission to declare the result of the petitioner for the post of PTI against the advertisement/notice dated 22.05.2020 and 25.07.2020, Annexures P-3 & P-4. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to decide the pending representation, dated 16.12.2022, Annexure P-19, in a specified period.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, DAG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation shall be decided by respondent No.3 expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, to consider and decide the pending representation dated 16.12.2022, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.

In case the order is not passed within the stipulated period, the officer concerned shall pay costs of ₹25,000 to the petitioner.
