Order sheets show that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 12.02.2019, 03.07.2019 and 20.12.2022. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition as, as stated by learned counsel for the respondent, the same has been rendered infructuous. There is no reason to doubt the submission made by learned counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
