By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer is made for quashing of Criminal Complaint No. 101 dated 13.01.2020, titled as District Appropriate Authority Ambala Vs. Harjeet Kaur and others, under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC and Sections 3-A, 5, 6, 18 and 23 of the Pre-conception and pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques Prohibition of Sex Selection Act 1994 and all subsequent proceedings including summoning order dated 04.02.2020 qua the petitioner. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner besides the other co-accused has been discharged by the trial Court on 09.12.2023, and as such the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may kindly be disposed of. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
