Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.185 dated 05.11.2016 registered under Sections 323/324/341/34 IPC at Police Station Mehatpur, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Learned State counsel submits that cancellation report in the RAVINDER SINGH 2019.02.26 09:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document aforesaid FIR shall be filed within three weeks.
