ARUN PALLI, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this revision petition, the Arbitrator has even rendered the award and the petitioner has preferred objections thereto, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

That being so, it is submitted that the petition in hand has become infructuous with efflux of time and the same be disposed of as such.
