HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present petition, with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue her case before respondent No.2-Director General, School Education, Haryana.

On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana, accepts notice and submits that he has no objection, if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue her claim before respondent No.2 and file an application/representation within a week from today, if so advised.
