***** RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) The petitioner has come up in revision against the impugned order dated 15.12.2017 whereby, he had filed the appeal against the order dated 04.09.2017 for assessing the provisional rent has been dismissed. A perusal of the impugned order shows that tenant in his written statement had admitted that the two shop have been let out to him vide rent note dated 13.07.2001 and further admitted that he had paid Rs.3800/- per month up to June 2013 and thereafter he has been making rent by increasing 10% every year. This admission was sufficient to Rent Controller to assess the rent at the rate of Rs.3800/- per month.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not able to refer any judgment in support of his contention.
So in view of the above, the orders of the lower Court dated 15.12.2017 does not reflect any material irregularity or perversity which warranting interference. Hence the present revision stands dismissed. (RITU BAHRI) JUDGE 14.05.2018 anil Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/No Whether reportable Yes/No
