This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to respondent No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on the representation dated 11.10.2023 moved by the petitioner (Annexure P-4) against respondents No. 5 to 8. 2.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Sohan Lal submits that the earlier representation given by the petitioner was decided, however, this representation dated 11.10.2023 (Annexure P-4) would be considered within a period of two months. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, this petition is disposed of.

However, it is made clear that the State shall remain bound by its statement given in Court today.
