Advocate General, Haryana. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to file a fresh one after statements of some PWs have been recorded.

Since the matter is now stated to be fixed before the Trial Court for 29.2.2020 for recording prosecution evidence, the prosecution shall ensure the presence of PWs, who have been ordered to be summoned for the said date, so that their statements are recorded on the date fixed before the Trial Court.

The Trial Court, shall also take necessary steps for ensuring expeditious trial of the case as the petitioner is already stated to have been behind bars since the last one year and till date not even a single PW has been examined.
