RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.269, dated 29.11.2022, under Section 25 of the Arms Act, and Sections 148, 149, 285, 323, 341, 506 and 307 IPC (added later on), registered at Police Station Hassanpur, District Palwal. It is also prayed that investigation of the above-noted FIR may be transferred to DSP Palwal or any other DSP in District Palwal with a further prayer for issuance of direction to official respondents to decide the representation, dated 07.12.2022, Annexure P-2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if his representation, dated07.12.2022, Anenxure P-2, is decided. Notice of motion to official respondents only. On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/State. After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent MEENU 2023.01.18 10:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
