The petitioner who is earning `27,000/- plus has grievance that in the manner of determining interim maintenance, the Court has awarded `2000/- in excess of `6000/- which has already been granted under Section 125 Cr.P.C by the Magistrate which was confirmed by the District Judge who is also incidentally dealing with the matrimonial matter. I do not think any interference is possible for an additional amount of `2000/- which has been ordered and if the Court has exercised its discretion having been apprised of all relevant facts of yet another house being available for the wife which has been rented out, I will not find that there is any scope for interference. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
