(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.214, dated 24.05.2017, under Section 13(2) of Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, Police Station Bilaspur, District Gurugram.

According to the prosecution, on 24.05.2017, the petitioner was transporting three bulls for slaughtering in a Pick Up vehicle, who on seeking the police party fled away from the spot. His companions Anil @ Lala, who was driving the vehicle, in his disclosure statement disclosed the name of the petitioner. The Pick Up vehicle was taken into custody. Learned counsel contends that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. He has falsely been implicated in the instant case, on the basis of alleged disclosure statement of alleged co-accused SONIKA 2019.01.18 11:40 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-1651 of 2019 --2-- Anil @ Lala. No recovery is to be effected from him. Therefore, petitioner is not required for custodial interrogation. Considering the seriousness of the allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
