(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact, proper issue vis-a-vis property either situated in one village or not, has not been framed, therefore, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to move an appropriate application for framing of the issue and at a subsequent stage for appointment of Local Commissioner.
