There is no justification for the petitioner to arrive to this Court to inform that his side was closed. His duty is to apply to the same Court through an application pointing out the circumstances why he could not be present at that time and justification for reopening the case and permission to offer further evidence. The procedure has been spelt out by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. The petitioner will follow the same. 2.
The revision petition is dismissed but with the above observations.
