Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in case bearing FIR No.349 dated 16.11.2023 registered under Sections 307, 379-B(2), 148, 149, 120-B IPC at P.S. B Division, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer of Police Station B Division, District Amritsar submits that in compliance of order 20.01.2024, the petitioners have joined the investigation and are not required for any further investigation. 3.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petition is allowed. Order dated 20.01.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute.
