*** During the course of arguments both the counsel agree that the impugned order be modified inasmuch as the revision petitioners may be allowed to file objections, however, those may be disposed of expeditiously keeping in view the fact that the execution is pending for more than six years. Accordingly, the civil revision is disposed of. The impugned order is modified to the extent that the Executing Court shall allow the revision petitioners to file objections, if they so desired and on revision petitioner doing so the objections be disposed of expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months of filing of the same. Till then the order with regard to issuance of warrants of possession be kept in abeyance.
