Prayer in the present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case bearing FIR No.55 dated 29.07.2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 325, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act at P.S. Khemkaran, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer of Police Station Khemkaran, District Tarn Taran submits that in compliance of order 16.01.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for any further investigation. 3.
