**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present revision petition has been filed against the order dated 15.03.2016 (Annexure P-4), whereby the petitioner has been sent to civil imprisonment for one month on deposit of diet money by the decree holder/respondent. He on instructions from his client submits that the execution proceedings have been consigned to the record being satisfied. In view of above, no cause of action survives in the present revision petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of, having rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to revive the case in case something survives.
