(ORAL) Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petitioner be also allowed to be impleaded as legal representatives of Harnam Kaur and they would jointly pursue the petition as legal representatives of Harnam Kaur.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is disposed off and the impugned order dated 02.11.2016 (Annexure P-4) is, accordingly, set aside. The legal representatives of Harnam Kaur mentioned in para 4 of the application (Annexure P-2) are impleaded as a party.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
