ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.106 dated 08.06.2021 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur.

In compliance of order dated 21.01.2022, learned State counsel has filed status report dated 09.05.2022 by way of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, which is taken on record. As per status report, petitioner has complied with the order of this Court and is always ready and willing to obey the directions of this Court.
