Petitioners, three in number, are residents of Village Palwali Badshahpur, Tehsil and District Faridabad. Through this petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution they seek a writ of mandamus for directing the respondent-State of Haryana to consider their names, being fully eligible, for allotment of plots measuring 100 square yards each in terms of policy dated 1.2.2008 (P-1) floated by Haryana Government under the "Mahatama Gandhi Gramin Basti Yojna".

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
