Versus

Banwari Lal

CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ALKA SARIN Present :

Mr. Kuljit Singh, Advocate for Mr. C.M. Munjal, Advocate for the petitioner. ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present is a fully burnt case. Perusal of the papers shows that there is no memo of parties and the copy of the judgment obtained from the office of District and Sessions Judge, Panchkula pertains to the Civil Suit No.825 dated 20.08.89/16.02.92 which was decreed with costs. There is nothing to discern about the particulars of the parties. 2.

Learned counsel who appears from the office of Mr. C.M. Munjal, Advocate, to whom the notice was issued by the Registry, states that they have no contact with the party and hence pleads no instructions in the matter.

3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
