Kaithal, vide which the petitioner has been appointed as Chowkidar of Village Bab Ladana, Tehsil and District Kaithal. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that challenge in the instant writ petition is to the order passed by the authorities regarding appointment of the Chowkidar; however, the petitioner (Babu Ram) has expired, therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
