Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for protection of life and liberty of them from the hands of the private respondents.

As per the averments mentioned in paragraph Nos.6 and 7 of the petition, both the petitioners before this Court are having the status of being married with somebody else, and without adopting the lawful recourse, both of them have started living together in a live-in relationship. Furthermore, no particular instance of threat to their lives and liberty at the behest of private respondents has been cited in the present petition warranting any order from this Court to grant protection. 3.

In view of the facts recorded here above, present petition stands dismissed.
