**** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This revision has been filed against the concurrent orders of the Courts below allowing ejectment of the petitioners-tenant from the demised premises.

After arguing for some time and on instructions from his client, learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant states that he will not argue this case on merits if one year time is granted to him to vacate the disputed shop. Learned counsel for the respondent agrees to it. Learned counsel for the petitioner-tenant states that he would vacate the shop in dispute or or before 31.5.2019. In consideration for that the respondent further agreed to waive off whatever amounts may be due to him on account of future rent/mesne profit/arrears till 31.5.2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner will file an undertaking to the above effect before the Executing Court/Trial Anuradha 2018.05.18 15:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
