(ORAL) The appellant has preferred the present appeal against the order dated 20.12.2023, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Fast Track Special Court (POCSO), Karnal, dismissing the application filed by the appellant for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 202 dated 01.08.2022 registered under Sections 376-AB IPC, Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 at Police Station Nigdhu, Karnal. Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 04.07.2024 which is taken on record, as per which the appellant has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 01 year, 11 months RISHU KATARIA 2024.07.05 16:42 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
