IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

CHANDIGARH C.R. No.2439 of 2015 Date of Decision.23.04.2015 Jagdish Chander Dhawan .......Petitioner

Versus

Rakesh Dhawan and another ......Respondents

Present:

Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate for the petitioner.

CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The revision petition is not tenable as I find nothing appropriate in the petition filed making for a roving enquiry by seeking for production of documents without details and the transactions relating to investments made. It will not be possible to secure for production of even bank details which could be confidential unless the bank entries themselves are relevant for the issues involved in suit. The petitioner shall point out to specific documents which he requires and if such details are given, the respondent will be at liberty to take any issue and the Court may pass a fresh order if yet another application is filed. As of now, I will find no cause for intervention. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
