-.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) After arguing at some length and realizing that the civil revision is suffering from inherent defect of its being filed against the impugned order declining the application for placing on record additional evidence without challenging the order dated 24.08.2017 whereby the evidence of the petitioner-defendant had been closed, Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned senior counsel on instructions from his assisting counsel Mr. Vipin Kumar seeks permission of this Court for withdrawal of the revision petition.

Ordered accordingly. The revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
