After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the Debt Recovery Tribunal. He, however, prays that he may be protected for some time as possession of his sole residential house is likely to be taken by the authorities. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. Status quo regarding possession shall be maintained for a period of two weeks from today.
