ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) While issuing notice of motion, this court on 21.03.2017, passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner-defendant no.1 submits that he has got the clear instructions to say that even after striking off the names of defendant nos.3 and 4 from the array of parties, defendant nos.1 and 2 shall remain bound to bear the liability of defendant Nos.3 and 4 and the plaintiff shall not suffer any kind of prejudice on that count.
Notice of motion to respondent No.1 only for 12.05.2017.
Process dasti as well as through the counsel of respondent no.1 before the learned trial court, in addition to ordinary process.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he has no objection if the names of defendant nos.3 and 4 are deleted from the array of parties.
In view of the submission made by learned counsel for respondent no.1, the order under challenge is set aside. Names of defendants no.3 and 4 shall stand deleted from the array of parties. The revision petition is allowed.
