There is no scope for intervention, for, the amendment ordered is for recovery of possession also. Unless the prayer is barred by limitation in any sense that the defendant had set up a plea of adverse possession, the prayer for amendment to include an alternative prayer for recovery of possession cannot be taken to be introducing a case that can cause serious prejudice to the petitioner. 2.

The revision petition is dismissed.
