(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.54 dated 23.11.2018 registered under Sections 186, 353, 332, 333, 506 IPC pertaining to Police Station GRP Abohar, District Fazilka, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 14.12.2018 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties. Pursuant to order dated 17.01.2019 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 02.04.2019 to get their statements recorded. Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gidderbaha, has submitted her report vide letter bearing No.913 dated 09.04.2019 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Sri Muktsar Sahib, vide letter No.779/EB dated 11.04.2019. According to the report of learned Sub Divisional Judicial RAVINDER SINGH 2019.05.14 13:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Magistrate, Gidderbaha, petitioner has deposited the amount of

-2CRM-M-1757 of 2019 `15,000/- in the relevant heads as directed by this Court vide order dated 17.01.2019. Learned Magistrate is satisfied that compromise arrived at between the parties is voluntary without any pressure with their free will and same is genuine one.

Considering the report of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gidderbaha, dated 09.04.2019 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.54 dated 23.11.2018 and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed.

Disposed of accordingly.
