There is no justification for the petitioner to arrive at this Court to seek for an opportunity to give evidence. That must be applied only before the Court which has closed his evidence and cannot be through a civil revision before this Court. The procedure how to deal with such matters has been set forth by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. 2.
