Petitioner has filed this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the amount due towards the petitioner for pension under Employee's Pension Scheme, 1995.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. The prayer is accepted.
