I will not allow the revision petitioner to argue on merits in a case where the Court has recorded the concession made by the counsel on 19.04.2012 that he will be satisfied if the respondent is prepared to accommodate him in some other premises since the hospital is a six storeyed building. The respondent appearing through counsel states that they have considered the petitioner's request and it is not possible for them to accommodate him elsewhere. If the petitioner had restricted his argument only to a plea for respondent's munificence and the respondent is not prepared to accommodate him elsewhere, I do not think there is any scope for an intervention on merits. 2.

C.R. No.2310 of 2012 -2petitioner furnishes affidavit within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order that he will vacate the premises and continue to pay the rent without any default.
