CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

There is no justification for the petitioner to arrive at this Court to complain of matters which must be exclusively within the knowledge of the Court and the petitioner. The petitioner is open to approach only the Court where the case is posted and file an application for reopening the case setting out reasons why he could not be present and give all the narration of what he is now trying to bring through civil revision before this Court. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court itself for appropriate orders on his application for reopening the case. The Court will follow the procedure laid down by this Court in Santosh Kumar Berry Vs. Nirmala Devi and others 2013(1) PLR 404. 2.

The civil revision is disposed of with the above observations. (K. KANNAN) JUDGE April 09, 2015 Pankaj* PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.04.20 14:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
