Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.103 dated 08.12.2018 under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Khamano, District Fatehgarh Sahib. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the petitioner is the daughter-in-law of deceased. As per the allegations in the FIR, the petitioner married to son of the petitioner about 9 years ago and she used to quarrel on petty issues with Narain Kumar (deceased), due to which, he committed suicide by consuming some poisonous tablets.
