The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the chargesheet/memorandum dated 07.06.2022, Anneuxre P-1, issued to the petitioner by the respondent-Department.

Learned counsel for respondents no. 2 to 4 has referred to order, dated 13.02.2025, passed by the Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Heritage and Tourism Department-cum-Chairperson, Board of Governors, IHMs, which is to the following effect:
Though the charges against Sh. Amit Kumar stand proved and he deserves major punishment, however, in view of the above affidavit submitted admitting to the charges levelled against him and undertaking not to repeat the misconduct, a Seema 2025.03.07 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 






 

lenient view is being taken, and the charges are filed.
Sh. Amit Kumar, is, however, advised to adhere to and remain with the bounds of the discipline expected from IHM faculty and focus on the improvement of the institution.

Accordingly, since the charges against the petitioner have been 'filed', the petition has been rendered infructuous and stands disposed of as such.
