(ORAL) In pursuance to previous detailed order, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought on record zimini order dated 20.03.2019 whereby the decree preferred by the decree holder seeking recovery of money stands satisfied and even the money paid by the auction purchaser along with interest, as noticed in the previous order, has been paid. Statement recorded by the auction purchaser has also been brought. This fact is not disputed by Mr. Walia.

In view of the aforementioned fact, effect of the impugned order is effaced. The revision petition is disposed of in terms of aforementioned subsequent event.
