RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.20 dated 23.01.2011 registered under Sections 454, 380, 452, 506, 34 IPC at Police Station Aadmpur, District Jalandhar, on the basis of compromise dated 18.12.2018 (Annexure P-2) arrived at between the parties.
Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.
On previous date i.e. 03.05.2019 also petitioner had gone unrepresented. Even today, none is present on his behalf. Therefore, it can safely be inferred that petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing this petition.
