(ORAL) Petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider him in General category on his merit position and issue him appointment letter on the post of Clerk as he secured 70 marks as per OMR and respondent no.3 who has been appointed as clerk in general category has secured 69 marks. Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, points out that the result dated 18.12.2019 (Annexure P-5) for the post of Clerk advertised vide advertisement No.5/2019, impugned herein, has already been quashed vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in CWP No.15672-2021 titled as "Amit Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others." wherein it has been directed that the Commission shall carry out re-evaluation of all the candidates across board who had participated in the selection process and declare their result and prepare fresh merit list after carrying out reevaluation.
