(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction directing the Registrar General, Firms and Societies Haryana to decide the appeal pending before it. The appeal is stated to be pending for the last more than 1 year. Now 16.06.2022 is the date fixed in the appeal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent to dispose of pending appeal on the date fixed in accordance with law. Learned State counsel submits that the respondent shall make every endeavour to decide the appeal on the date fixed or soon thereafter.
